Poetry Friday Haiku Review

A lunchtime posting of the haiku I wrote upon finishing THE GRAVEYARD BOOK by Neil Gaiman (who I will see speak at Noon tomorrow).

Once Jack of All Trades
Frost is taught by the graveyard
He's master of one

Thanks go out to Sara who is hosting this week.

Oh, lucky you, getting to hear Gaiman speak! I did once, at the National Book Festival. He was amazing.

Cool! Where will he be speaking at?! The Graveyard Book is the next on my To Read list! My son just finished it!

Noon at the library downtown (Chicago) tomorrow. (See Printer's Row Book Faire info). The program is free, but listed as sold out. There will be some tickets available tomorrow. Niel Gaiman is receiving the Chicago Tribune YA Book Prize for 2009. I know that every e-mail registration is good for 2 tickets and some people will only use 1. (That's how I'm getting my ticket -- thanks H. !!!)Also, with free tickets there's more chance of total no shows.
